Kara brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every visit. With experience in family medicine, urgent care, and functional medicine, she focuses on identifying the root causes of symptoms and helping patients truly heal — not just manage illness.
Kara believes that listening deeply is the first step to meaningful care. She values collaboration, education, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health journey.
Outside of the clinic, Kara enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new trails to new places with her husband and their golden retriever. She is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting others in living healthier, more fulfilling lives.
